Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in classical ballet. Hourly tuition rates apply or $20/class drop in

Students need to purchase an exercise ball and Thera-band for this class. The correct Thera-bands are available for purchase at the studio for $10. Please purchase the exercise ball yourself using the sizing information below. We have a storage area for the exercise balls at the studio.

Recommended ball size by dancer height:
Under 4’8″ – 45 cm ball
4’8” to 5’3” – 55 cm ball
5’4” to 5’10” – 65 cm ball
